Ingredients
- 400g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100ml double cream
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin
Method
- Prepare and measure out all ingredients before you start.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and soften the onion and garlic.
- Add the pasta and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and season well.
- Simmer gently until everything is cooked through
